Omni-polar Hall Effect Switch CYD2462
Omnipolar Hall-effect switch CYD2462
The CYD2462 series, developed using BiCMOS technology, is a voltage-stabilized Hall-effect voltage sensor that offers magnetic field detection with excellent sensitivity stability over temperature and integrated protection functions. Its excellent high-temperature performance is enabled by dynamic offset correction, which reduces the residual offset voltage caused by the molding process, temperature dependence, and thermal stress. Each IC incorporates a voltage regulator, a Hall voltage generator, a small-signal amplifier, a voltage stabilizer, a Schmitt trigger, and an open drain output to set the current to 20 mA on a single silicon die. An onboard regulator allows supply voltages between 2.5 and 24 V, making the sensor suitable for a wide range of industrial and automotive applications. The CYD2462 is available in a 3-pin SIP and an SOT23-3 package. Both packages are lead-free and feature a matte tin-frame finish.
